La Ceiba is one of the only cities in the region with a strong focus on bilingual education, and the majority of our population speaks fluent English as well as Spanish.
La Ceiba’s location away from Tegucigalpa, the capital of Honduras; and its large business center in San Pedro Sula, offers a warm, foreigner friendly environment with less of the problems of larger metropolitan centers.

Designed in conjunction with the Utopia Group, the consulting company that has developed and improved BPO and Contact Center organizations throughout the region, Caribbean Contact Center was developed to manage ALL types of BPO and Contact Center work, including Customer Service, Telesales, Technical Support and Back Office Operations. Being away from San Pedro Sula, where most of the BPO industry is headquartered in Honduras, enables us to offer more competitive pricing and at the same time limit retention issues, as ALL of our employees live in the community.
